1. Coaching, education and informational support
Asha, and The Longest Answer more broadly, provides coaching, education and informational support around fertility, IVF, IUI, egg freezing and related treatment decisions. Our role is to help you understand what you are going through and prepare you to ask better questions of your own care team.
2. Not diagnosis, treatment, prescription or emergency care
We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide emergency care of any kind. Nothing said in a session, on this site, or in any written material should be read as a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
3. No physician–patient relationship
Participating in Asha coaching does not establish a physician–patient relationship between you and your coach or with The Longest Answer, even where a coach is a licensed, practicing physician elsewhere.
4. Keep working with your treating professionals
You should continue working with your own appropriately licensed treating professionals — your fertility clinic, OB-GYN, or other specialists — for all diagnosis, treatment and clinical decision-making. Asha is designed to sit alongside that care, not replace it.
5. Not a substitute for individualized medical advice
The information shared through Asha is educational in nature and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice from a clinician who has examined you, reviewed your records, and can order and interpret your own tests.
6. No promised outcome
We do not promise any particular result or health outcome. Fertility and IVF journeys are highly individual, and no coach or program can guarantee a specific outcome.
7. Individual experiences vary
Individual experiences and results discussed anywhere on this site — including any reviews or testimonials — vary from person to person and are not a prediction of what you personally will experience.
8. International training does not imply local licensure
Our coaches include internationally trained physicians with substantial clinical experience. That training and prior clinical experience does not mean they are licensed to practice medicine in your location. In this program they act strictly as educational coaches, not as your treating physician.
9. About reviews referencing prior clinical work
Some reviews or testimonials referenced on this site may concern a team member's previous professional or clinical work, from before or outside of their role with The Longest Answer. Such reviews do not necessarily describe, and should not be read as describing, participation in a TLA coaching program.
